Apartment for a romantic weekend for two, or with a small child, benefiting from the large park and the indoor swimming pool heated from May to the beginning of October, very close to Locmiquel beach and the most beautiful coastal paths.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the main house, and has its own independent entrance and large terrace overlooking the park and the sunsets.

You enter the living room with new fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) and dining room.

Then you will find the large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a travel cot if needed, and the large bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub and walk-in shower. A large wardrobe and plenty of storage in the bathroom will allow you to feel comfortable.

In very high season priority is given to renting the whole house, but outside these periods, if the apartment is free, there is a good chance that you will be able to enjoy the park and the swimming pool all to yourselves, in 2025 and 2026.

It is possible, however, that the other part of the house is rented to another family. Please do not hesitate to contact us to find out what this is. As larger groups tend to book in advance, if you are booking for the next few weeks, it is likely that the situation will already be known.
