Les Hauts de Locmiquel, large holiday home with park and swimming pool in the Gulf of Morbihan

For an unforgettable holiday or short break in Brittany, in a very preserved environment in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park, on the heights of Locmiquel beach and Toulvern pond, our estate welcomes you with its large holiday home, its swimming pool heated in season (from May to early October) and covered by a veranda, and its very large wooded park (2 ha).

Perfect for nature lovers and families, the park is located 900 m from Locmiquel beach and the most beautiful coastal paths of the Gulf of Morbihan (GR34) which will take you on one side to the Pointe de Locmiquel, the Pointe de Toulvern and the magnificent beach of Sept Iles, on the other side, to the Pointe du Berchis, Larmor Baden and its port.

It is an ideal starting point for hiking, cruising on the Gulf, or visiting sites such as Ile aux Moines, Carnac, Quiberon, Vannes, Auray, etc.

Also enjoy horse riding, golf or tennis, or take a sailing course in the sheltered Gulf of St. Lawrence (independent clubs 5 minutes away). See our "Activities nearby" page for more details.

In the evening, you can admire the sunset over the park (very late in summer), from the south and west facing terrace.

The relaxation and outdoor dining facilities are at your disposal for your rest and taste pleasures.

The pool is heated in season, from May to early October. It remains a swimming pool, it is not a jacuzzi.

The house has 5 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 14 people maximum, but is also very suitable for a group of 6 to 8 adults with their children for example.

We are labeled Clévacances 4 keys for 12 people, and Gites de France 3 épis for 10 people, a guarantee of quality because the house is audited by these 2 well-known organizations in France. The number of people differs because of the different criteria of these organizations.

Possibility to book the house without the master suite on the ground floor (therefore with the 4 bedrooms upstairs and the 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 toilets) at a lower price than the whole house, on certain dates, if the whole house is not rented. See calendar of the corresponding offer. and contact us for specific requests if the date you are interested in is not free on the schedule. In this case, the master suite may be rented to a couple separately. Parties are therefore not allowed in this configuration.

For your safety, the fireplace is currently not in use.
